Thanks to its 1.5 hp motor, which is thermally protected, our DC250 saw has enough power for repeat intensive cuts through all kinds of materials such as ceramic wall and floor tiles, stoneware and it is perfect for cutting porcelain tiles too.
 
The motor assembly of the DC-250 cutter is mounted on bearings, this offers maximum precision and cutting quality, as well as the ability to mitre cut pieces up to 1060mm long.
 
We recommend you follow these simple tips for better results:
 
Turn the water on and allow it to run for about 10 seconds before starting to cut the material.
Allow the water to flow freely over the blade and material as a way to prevent extreme heat.
Our RUBI DC-250 is powerful, be aware and pay attention when using it. Do not leave the tile saw unattended while working.
Remember that tougher materials will take more time at a slower speed than softer materials. cutting too fast may cause damage to the material.
Some overspray might happen. Its design and splash guard cover reduces the overspray action, but we advise you put a tarp or plastic cover behind the tile saw to minimise any over-spraying effect.
Do not recirculate the water after using it. Use only clean water for better results.
