Our compact designed Trench Rammers offer high impact force at a high percussion rate and are ideal for compacting soil, asphalt and lean mix concrete in footings, trenches and other confined areas.
 
The small plate size and ramming force offers a more focused and direct compaction than a vibrating plate compactor, which is great for these soils as they require more force in order to compact them properly.
